The Working Committee having considered the terms of the provisional settlement arrived at between the Government of India and Mahatma Gandhi on behalf of the Congress endorses them and directs all Congress Committees to take immediate action in accordance with them. The Committee hopes that the country will carry out the terms agreed to in so far as they relate to the various Congress activities, and is of opinion that on a strict fulfilment of the obligations undertaken on behalf of the Congress will depend the advance of India towards purna swaraj.
